Lavorazione: Hand harvested in crates in the first decade of November. Controlled cold maceration in steel tanks. Once fermentation is finished, the wine ages for 6 months in second-passage barriques and then for 6 months in steel tanks for final maturation. The wine is well balanced, with pleasant tannins, long in the mouth with excellent persistence.
